The Story Behind Craze Above

Pronounced "craze" [kreyz] "above" [uh-buhv]

Craze Above lifestyle clothing brand has designed an idiosyncratic path to bring diversity and create a safe place to be creative through fashion. No matter how crazy someone’s situation may be, no matter how bad life gets, someone above you or that you look up to will always have your back. We believe that God uses people in your life to remind you that you can’t do it without the person above.

Our mission is very important to us because there are a lot of situations that we are familiar with. When a person goes through new situations that we have already been through, a lot of times they don’t know how to use their resources to get a better understanding and a perspective of life. We’ve had people who have looked out for us through the ups and downs, and what carries us through those ups and downs is the person above.

Craze Above is owned and operated by one of the coolest married couples that you will ever meet. Our love for fashion and sneakers led us to brainstorming about having our own brand. We began our clothing brand during the pandemic in 2020 when there was a lot of fear and negativity going on in the world, where some people wanted to give up. Through motivational speeches and listening to others that took the time to step out on courage, we used their teachings to help build ourselves up through hardships and times when we could not determine what the outcome would be. Our post captions and our pictures are aimed at promoting positivity and getting our followers through the day, no matter what kind of day they are having. We want to make it seem as though we are speaking to our followers directly and to let them know that it’s going to be okay – there is light at the end of the tunnel.

As a result, we decided to personally design things that others could relate to and be inspired by, whether it was friends, loved ones, etc. During the pandemic, we had a hard time finding clothes that stood out or worth buying. We wanted to change the way people look at clothes by coming up with off the wall, but creative and meaningful designs. We provide top-quality lifestyle athleisure – from accessories such as socks, dad hats, brimless caps, and beanies to t-shirts, hoodies, mesh shorts, sweatpants, tote bags, and french terry puff print shorts. We are an online-only brand based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Craze Above’s motto “It Repeats Itself” means that no matter what you go through in life, things repeat itself – from history to seasons changing and so forth. Another motto you will hear us mention a lot is “play pause” which we incorporated in trademarked in our original brand logo.

We are most proud of how we started and how it is going. Looking back on only having one follower and one sale starting out and now having grown tremendously.

We believe in the importance of timeliness and getting orders out as soon as possible to our customers. Once a customer places an order, we aim to ship the order out either the same or next day. Additionally, we include washing instructions to our customers so that they are educated on how to wash delicate and exclusive products from our brand. One special touch we also like to add are stickers and business cards to properly inform our customers that they are in good hands and that we truly appreciate their continued support.
